Hi all
i have a UK papal account which my customers use to buy products from my virtremart site
the issue i have is that customers who have Non UK crecit card registered with the paypal account do not work
for example an american transcation fails, it does not even hit paypal is just can sits in vierturemart as pending
any help would be great
