Title: USPS First Class Mail Large Envelope suddenly not displaying

USPS First Class Mail Large Envelope shipping suddenly stopped displaying as a user's shipping option on my site. That setting is enabled in my USPS shipping module v.4.2. First Class Mail Package is working fine.

Anybody else having this problem? Is it traceable to USPS?

There were updates to USPS on Jan 2.  I'm pretty sure Chaz has updated his module to accommodate these changes.  Have you updated since then?

I'm having the same problem with First Class large envelope and first class package.  I checked to make sure I had the latest version of the module which is v.4.2.2.  Anybody able to fix the problem?
