Hi,
I am working on a Virtuemart eShop for an organization that sells products at their main place.
They sell there very few products and until now managed that physical shop with paper notes and an Excel file...
I am wondering what could be the best way (efficient and not too intrusive) to manage the same products and stock updated.
I though that using Virtuemart for all transaction would be the best solution. That means a PC present in the physical shop where people could manage their order and pay by CB card or other method choosen. Like that they could track everything registered client, payment, product stock, and so on...
But now I am thinking that this solution is quite heavy to follow...
What could be possible easily ?
Is there an extension for that ? Something to make rapid orders ?...

How could we manage 'easily' a virtual shop based on VM and a small but real one ?
No extension or hack... to provide a rapid easy way to buy with VM in real circumstances (means from the warehouse) ?

The easiest way without hacks or extensions is the following.
- Manage Your whole stock (both shop and e-shop) in Virtuemart
- Register a user called Customer and then place all orders as this customer and Your stock is handled automagically by Vmart
