We need to update a customers old virtuemart site, but the original dev no longer has the time, nor the virtuemart knowledge to do the upgrade.
It has 15000 products, some with images, a few content items, and we need to bring that up to date for obvious security/vulnerability reasons.
The csv file that they upload with product updates currently has category codes rather than the category paths from VM. It is presently run through a php script to add the replace the category codes with the cat paths, and then the resulting file is uploaded ... we would ideally like the category codes replaced as part of the upload process if possible to take this step out of the hands of the customer.
If we could get a few quotes, we would most likely go ahead with this within days.

ok ... it seems to be a smaller job than originally thought, the site is working in Joomla 1.5 and VM 1.1.3
So what we actually need is someone to bring a "as it is now" on the old version of the site (products, users) across to the new site, and most importantly, set up an easy product CSV uploader, that replaces the category codes in the customers CSV file from their accounts package with the category path for virtuemart at the time of product csv upload.

You can do a find and replace for the category codes INSIDE a csv file
