Current Joomla site has VM running in very simple mode. Need to break world into about 6 or 8 segments and have shipping destination drive the flat rate pricing (meaning all prices will have shipping INCLUDED) so that no additional pricing will show up on cart. Thing is, when client changes shipping destination, need product chosen in cart to adjust properly so that correct geo price results.
