Hi,
i would like to allows PayPal payment on my eshop, so i created 2 accounts in PayPal sandbox as customer and as business.
however i was not able to make them work during test phase.
is there a step-by-step procedure for PayPal implementation and test in VirtueMart ?

Very easy,
First make sure your sand account are ok. In your sand main account click manual configuration and then you will be redirected to a new popup or/window/tab. On top you will see your main sand box account as log in. However there is another log in , this is where you sin in maybe to configure you business r /buyer accounts- simply this account notably are easily configured automatically- however it is worth to see if you are able to log in . If you can go through then the account are well and ready.
VM - configuration of Test Paypal mode net to be clicked ok in the VM configuration- where you are also required to input your sand box business.
