How to setup USPS Free Ground shipping within US?
I'd like the prices to be calculated base on costumer location, but if purchase was made in US I want the USPS Free Ground Shipping to be automatically selected.
Please Advise.

I'm currently trying to figure some things out concerning the free shipping box in the store setup. For your situation, you may best find the solution by creating a shipping rate of $0.00, and putting "(FREE Ground shipping for U.S. Customers)" as an identifier. The purchaser would have to choose it, but it is a pretty straightforward option.
