Hi guys, im new user of VirtueMart and i dont know nothing about how to use it to make an e-shop. Please can you help me about this ?

First, you need to have Joomla installed.
Second, download (http://virtuemart.net/downloads?task=view) VirtueMart by select Complete Package for Joomla! 1.5. After downloaded, extract that package and you will find a component and several modules, plugins. Then read the installation manual inside package, install the component first and then modules (you do not need to install all modules, just pick some you need)
Third, read the Manual (http://virtuemart.net/home/manuals)
After 3 steps above, I believe you can figure out how to make an e-shop with VM
