Title: `Templates` directory in virutuemart/html?
Post by: Karen Plumridge on December 11, 2008, 21:18:05 pm
I just read an interesting article about VirtueMart, and how much the author enjoyed using it for his business, but this info here has me stumped:
`For colors, fonts, and similar HTML-related matters, VirtueMart usually follows whichever template you install, so you get a Web site that looks consistent. However, some screens use somewhat different templates; if you need to edit them, you can find them in the Joomla! directory under administrator/components/com_virtuemart/html/templates.` I would like to customize the look a bit myself, as I am going to be customizing the Joomla template a little as well, as soon as I learn a little more about everything :)  but I don`t seem to have the last directory he mentions that is supposed to be in `html`, there is no `templates` directory there. Is this one of those `extras` I can download, or pay for? Thanks much.

That looks like VM1.0

For VM1.1.x go to /components/com_virtuemart/themes/default/templates/
