hmmmm... bit confused here.
I have selected the 'Select Only Verified Buyers' in the configuration.
I can also see that in paypal.cfg.php the PAYPAL_VERIFIED_ONLY parameter is set to 1.
So am I right in assuming that only persons who have a verified paypal account can make a purchase ?
I have a paypal account that is UNverified and yet I was still able to make a purchase.
Any ideas / clarification would be great.
