Title: Nightly build 23-08 Undefined constants

Hey guys,

I just did a completely new install of Joomla 1.0.13 + fix and then installed the Joomla 1.1 23-08 nightly build. As soon as I go to VM I see these messages:

Hey, been testing with Aravot, it might be my MySQL version. I also tried the rev 1184.
