Title: Payment Types (order listing on checkout page)

Are the payment types listed alphabetically on the Payment Type selection page?

In the control panel you can set an order on a payment type, but this does not seem to be reflected in the display order on the page in the checkout. (using VM 1.13 / JM1.12)
