Title: Payment module - REDIRECTION METHOD

Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask if someone could explain/share their thoughts for payment modules that redirect the customer to a bank paycenter (not charge the customer on-site).

I want to clarify a bit the processes under which a payment module would:

1. contact the bank via a form to send all necessery transaction data and
2. handle the bank response for transactions, containing data like e.g. the name of the merchant and the transaction status (successful/failed) etc.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
