A customer has been waiting for Istraxx support for 2 weeks now.

It seems like VM is abandoned. I got some response from Max, it's not abandoned. I think he is very busy. Which is unfortunate at this time because I have some issues regarding Virtuemart and it's coupon system.
How much busy can be, to let unanswered tickets for several months?

Yeah idk but he responded to me via skype and told me he is busy with several plugins. That has probably priority before our tickets. Which is a shame but i guess it is how it is.
This is mainly due to the fact that PayPal requires a complete rewrite of the codes for their payment plugins and has imposed a very strict timeframe on Max for completion and bug fixes.
