Title: "Override" line and custom field ID 41 missing

Virtuemart 4.0.0

Can someone give me any hint on how to fix the following please?

The quantity discount line (see attachment) is suddenly missing. It is still there for products that had this information before, but if I want to add a new override or start a new product, the line is missing.

An error message said that Custom Field ID:41 is missing.

Turn on Show expert pricing options on the Configuration/Pricing tab.

Currently we are at VirtueMart 4.0.12 10777  - a lot of bug fixes since 4.0.0
