For now I still have VirtueMart 3.8.9. I will update later this year with fresh new version! 8)
I am just wondering if the last versions of Virtuemart will permit me to export a wide (annual) range of orders with comptability datas displayed on one line per item ordered.
Is it possible natively now?

There are currently no core methods for exporting orders in the latest version of VM 4.0.12.10777
THere may be third partyplugins that allow you to do what you require.
I created a vmextended view to display order items for EU tax and you can export it as a CSV
The plugin is not in my shop because it was a customer request and perhaps it need to be adapted to be more generic
No, native VirtueMart does not have any such options.
