Here's my issue. I know there are a lot of similar threads, however, my issue seems to be a little different.
The live scenerio:
1. Customer orders and pays using Paypal.
2. Order Status is successfully changed to Confirmed.
3. The customer and Vendor are notified by email successfully!
4. Customer and vendor receive emails every hour or randomly indicating order has been confirmed. never stop and IPN FAILS???
