In December I Paid and download "VirtueMart Product Tags". I've installed the "com_vmutags" and "plug_vmutags". But nothing appears in the admin. No components, neither plugins. I've asked help at the Virtuemat extensions desk. Since then, I've asked them to pay me back... No answer? Is it legal?
According to the system requirements for that third party extension you need ionCube loader installed on your web server. Is it installed?
