Hello, we have a really serious problem on our ecommerce!!!
During the payment phase, it no longer redirects to Paypal, we contacted their assistance and they write to us:
I attach the image where you can see the exact error, "spin", and also that at that moment we are not yet on PayPal but on your site.
The problem is in the plugin code, being a third party plugin we cannot intervene on the plugin code itself.
You will have to talk to the plugin providers.
This is not a VM issue.
The plugin is VM Payment - Paypal (VIRTUEMART PLUGIN)
Check that it is not your one-page checkout plugin causing the problem.
Have u checked for Javascript errors? the redirect is JS
