Is it possible to add an user account for virtuemart products only.
Not sure if this can be done with joomla acl or some plugin maybe?
Using Joomla 3.9.26 and virtuemart 3.8.9

Yes, it is possible.
Try self setup ACL for VirtueMart by Joomla usergroup, test and setup again and again.
No next help for you, it is very intuitive.

I setup the same for our demo too:

Maybe I explained not so well ;)
I want to create a account for a client to only edit the virtuemart products.
But I guess as pinochio suggested it can be done with ACL, I guess I'll dive into this.
