Hello, we have had this strange mistake for some time.
Many times, if a customer places multiple consecutive orders (pays one order then pays another), these orders are generated without the product data and prices. I am attaching a screen (as you can see above there are many invoices but they do not open).
Usually the error appears with Paypal.
Virtuemart and Joomla are up to date.
I don't know what this could be about and we haven't been able to replicate it, do you have any idea how I can better analyze this error?

hello Jorgen, the order is not DELETED, I add another screenshot showing the status in the order list. The states you see at the top right are all added automatically, I don't know why this happens.
