I have a product that i want to show in the shop but don't want it to be orderable via the website. Customers will need to send a text message to the owner's mobile and pay by bank transfer outside of VM.
How do I show the item as normal but with no "add to cart" button? If I set the stock to 0 it shows the notify when back in stock button which I don't want in this case. All other items on the site should display as normal with either the add to cart or out of stock buttons showing.

Put the product in its own category and use overrides just for that category.
