I work on a multilingual website (Greek - English) . Greek is the primary language ,English is the secondary.
All categories, products, menus , everything is translated and were it needs to be.
When I press the language change button, the site switches to the English one, everything translates, except VM category names, descriptions ,products names ,product descriptions.
The ulr also changes from el to en, the aliases on the url seem to point to the appropriate ones, but as said above, everything that has to do with categories and products stay's in the default Greek language.
Is there any pointer on how to fix this ? All help is appreciated.
Website info:
ebrucollection.gr
Joomla Version 3.9.24
VM Version 3.8.6 10373
PHP Version 7.4.11
I also tried contacting Template Monster (it is one of their templates) about the issue and the answer I got back is to use the 2018 Joomla and VM versions that were originally shipped with the template, which is mad even suggesting.

Looks to me like an incomplete multilanguage configuration.
Please check these tutorials:
https://docs.joomla.org/Special:MyLanguage/J3.x:Setup_a_Multilingual_Site
https://docs.virtuemart.net/tutorials/multilingual-store/99-multilanguage-setup.html
In the VirtueMart tutorial ignore the 2.x version numbers. The procedure did not change in VM 3.x
