I have different languages installed in my site but i can't find the DE.com_virtuemart.ini for german language.... nowhere
English is in /administrator/components/com_virtuemart/language/en-GB, OK i can find the differents GB virtuemart language files
French is in /language/fr-FR, OK, i can find the differents FR virtuemart language files
German is in /language/de-DE, but i can't find the VM files...like de-DE.com_virtuemart.ini and others
but german language is correctly displayed in german pages in the frontend of my site...... :o
I have unbackuped a Akeeba backup downloaded file under windows but no "de-DE.com_virtuemart.ini" file during search....
I only want to find where is the file "de-DE.com_virtuemart.ini" to modify some words... :-\

did u install the VM de-DE language pack?
If so it will be in the standard paths
language\de-DE\de-DE.com_virtuemart.ini
and
administrator\language\de-DE\de-DE.com_virtuemart.ini
etc
but this isn't where u do your alterations .. they will get overwritten on the next update
Use the Joomla lang overrides .. that is what they are for

Ok but my question stays, where is
language\de-DE\de-DE.com_virtuemart.ini ?
There is nothing in language\de-DE\..
