I installed the virtuemart store, but when I define the product, the page turns completely white, and when I do not publish the product, the site is created.

Did you forget something?
Sounds like you are using a custom template. Turn this off.

hmmm, I think no, the asigned memory will create white page (500) on every page, not on unpublished product, or?
All white? Could be a big photo of a fridge?
