When I search for the phrase 'blue toggle' on my website, then 'toggle blue', a different set of results is produced each time. In addition, when I search for a phrase like 'wool button blue', no results are returned. I would like the search to return results for the individual words in the searched phrase, as well as the full one.
I have tried the fix suggested here: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=102965.15, but it doesn't seem to have made a difference. Any help would be much appreciated!
as you have found the core VM search is relatively simple/basic .. and u would need core changes to improve it ... but there are commercial search modules ( mainly with ajax results ) that do a good job
Are there any in particular that you would recommend?
haven't used any commercial ones for a while or if I have they are from bundled templates like VP and Rupostel
