Title: Not able to download the German language package

I went to following page in order to download the German language package: http://virtuemart.net/community/translations/virtuemart/de-DE
Unfortunately I seem to be unable to locate a download button. Or did I end up at the wrong page?
Appreciate any help. Thanks so much

scroll right to the bottom - click "Download Now"

The button is at the bottom of the page, maybe it was not completely downloaded
