How can i ad an option in the user account under list order and beside each order to RE ORDER same order again ?
Is it possible ?

I have never used it, but this is the only re-order extension that I'm aware of: https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/buy-again-for-virtuemart/

Dear Fellow Joomlers,
We were also facing with that ordering an existing VM order problem, and we developed a Virtuemart plugin for it.
Currently it is working on Virtuemart4 (J3,J4) and we made it available for free.
Among it's functions you can assign VM statuses to be reordered or even deleted by the user.
For exampe if you don't want an order which has "Pending" or "Cancelled" etc. status you can, simply do not assign it.
In addition if you gave gift/bonus product(s) or you have technical products in the cart, you can filter them from reordering by VM product ID or category ID.
It loads on "Virtuemart > List orders" page.
