Title: 1054 - Unknown column 'c.virtuemart_shoppergroup_id' in 'field list'

Joomla! 3.9.11
VirtueMart 3.6.10 10211

The page is displaying blank with the error in both backend and frontend virtuemart pages

Database table structure is up to date.

Enable database Update tools   is checked

I know what the error says but i dont know how to fix it without destroying all the current db.

What am i missing and how to fix it??
