Just to let you know that the provinces in the VM database are not up-to-date.
There are some "new" ones (created in 2012) that are not listed.
Can you please provide a way to update them automatically without having to go in the backend and check them one by one?
VM is an open source project
The idea is that the project goes forward by contributions.
If you know these new provinces then add them to your install, export the actual rows from #__virtuemart_states in sql format and post them here so they can be added to the next update
