I'm using VirtueMart 3.2.6 and Joomla! 3.9.12, I try to publish reviews but the site is not published
In administration everything is ok, they appear as published
Initially it seemed that everything was okse published, but without making changes it is simply not published on the site
The only thing I did to this error was to delete some ratings and review
Can it be a solution?
Hard to tell what you mean. Is the whole site unpublished or only the reviews, when did ut stop working?
You have a very old and insecure VM version. Could be a template issue.

Well this do not tell us so much more, VM3.6.2 is very old, who knows what triggers this ? No live urls either. Is the site under development and should be hidden from the public eye?

I would like to upgrade to VM but then surely I will encounter other problems that I think I cannot solve.
I would not want to lose the products on the site.
I tried this by testing the template.
What version close to my version do you recommend?
You will not loose any products on upgrade, but an old outdated, custom template may bring You into trouble.
What products show reviews ?

VM 3.2.6 is over 2 years old and is not fully compatible with Joomla 3.9, plus this old VM version has known security issues. I wonder if the issue with reviews is related to the versions you are using.
According to virtuemarttemplates.net an updated version of your template was last released on 26th June 2018, so you could try to contact the developer to ask about compatibility with current versions - VM is at 3.6.10 and Joomla at 3.9.13. Or test an update to current versions on a backup copy of the live site to see if the template you use still works.

we have upgraded vm.
any VM version I try to upgrade cannot enter the products.
They are displayed correctly but I cannot access the description.
I also changed the versions php 5.6, 7 -7.1, 7.2, 7.3

VM should be OK with all those PHP versions, I assume you updated the component, aio package and TCPDF?

now i noticed ..
if I'm logged in as an administrator, I can see the reviews.
I thought they appeared for all users before.
it seems that the reviews were visible, being logged in as an admin (în față)
there is no solution?... for products
It must be your template... no one else is reporting these problems...
