Title: Cannot Find 3.6.8 Update Anywhere

Hello:
The solution to this problem may seem obvious but I'm unable to solve it.
My Joomla version 3.9.12 updater indicates that there's an update for VirtueMart 3.6.8 10197. When I click on any VM update link, I am sent to a download page for 3.6.4 Full version and various varieties for that version (https://virtuemart.net/downloads). I don't see any instructions or suggestions for where can I find the 3.6.8 upgrade for VM or VM AIO. I also don't see any version mentioned that's above 3.6.8 in this forum. Does this update even exist?
I've been updating Viretuemart for years but don't recall having trouble locating an update.
Also there are two component updates, VM and VM AIO.
Long standing Question: Is it correct to update VM first? Does it matter?
Your kind input would be greatly appreciated.

It mostly matters in which order you update: VM core, AIO, TCPDF.

Or you use the ...package_or_extract.zip and install it via the Joomla extension installer in one run.
Personally I always extract the package, and then install core, AIO and TCPDF.
