i just got into at new client with VM.. then the client didt change the email password in the smtp configuration, that password got corrected and works. But it will not send a notification to the client.
what to check?
much more info needed..
does a test email from J config work?
Does the std contact form work?
Have u set the emails sent against status in VM admin correctly?
What notification and on what status?

Check it here:
Vm config -> Orders
Then check "Default Order Status to send email to vendor"
Try adding all statuses there.

That means, when she changed the passwork back it worked as it should
