Oops. I accidentally deleted the 'VM Payment - Klarna' plugin. :-[
When I go to:
Extensions>Plugins>Search tools>Select status
...to find trashed items to 'un-trash', the Select Status dropdown menu shows only 'enabled/disabled'.
How do I access the trashed plugin to re-instate it? Otherwise is it possible to re-install it, as it's a core part of VM3.

just extract the http://dev.virtuemart.net/attachments/1142/com_virtuemart.3.4.2.9966_ext_aio.zip
dig down thru the folders till the vm_payments plugins - zip the klarna folder contents and install normally
