I do not want the status change letters to come to the buyer and the seller. Made such settings that the order notification would come only when the order status is canceled. But still notifications come when the status changes to any other. What could be the problem?

Is Notify Shopper turned off in every instance on the orders page, administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=orders ?
Should the checkbox always be disabled? Why then all the other settings that I brought up in the screenshots?
