It would be great to use a simple 'reply' button for the vendor's email to send a message to the customer. Is it possible to use the cusomer's email as the 'reply-to' addres of the vendor email?
I received a second request according to this issue. Noone else use reply button to send a message to the customer?
In current VM versions with default VM templates the Reply to address of the order email is set to that of the shopper.

Hi think that the problem is due to GMAIL web because from GMAIL App (Android) you will be able to answer. Please check it and try also another email client.
