Title: Saving country wrong when edit shopper!

Hello,

PHP Version 7.0.32
VirtueMart 3.2.1
Joomla! Version 3.9.1

I have a bizarre problem when edit a shopper in VM admin.
At the 'Country' field, if i choose a country above 'Madagascar' in the countries list (for example: Lebanon, Libya...), i can save it into database. It works correctly.
But if i choose a country below 'Madagascar' in the countries list (for example: Malaysia, Nepal, United States, ...), it will be saved into database by 'Madagascar' instead of the correct country! That makes me cannot save the right customer's info.
The same on front-end.

Anyone can help? Thanks!  :)

There have been a couple of reports of VM3.2 not working correctly with J3.9.1.  As VM3.2.1 is nearly 2 years old now, I suggest you update to VM3.4.2 - if your site is live then test the update on a copy of the live site first.
