Print Page - Products not displayed

I am using VM 3.2.12 with Joomla 3.8.6 still working on local server. I bought at Gavick an e-commerce template.
Just created a product but is not visible on the frontend.
When I try to syncrhonize Media with VM I get this error

Fatal Error in maincontroller admin.virtuemart.php

I don´t know neither if this could be the problem nor how to solve it.

Also get this error when I click on TOOLS - SUPPORT
Fatal Error in maincontroller admin.virtuemart.php: Couldnt find file support

try disabling the new template, use protostar and see the if this error persists or not ?

Thanks for the suggestion. I did it but I have to change all modules before to see if it works and will do it tomorrow. I wanted to thank you

admin.virtuemart.php is a old VM1 file certainly, no controller should be inside this file !
So you have perhaps a mix of VM3 and vm1 ?
