I am running Joomla 3.8.5 and VM 3.2.12. We have several items that, when you try to add the product from the product pages shows the cart but does not add the product. If you try and add the product from the category view it works just fine. This is a Template Monster template and we have tried turning on the default theme but we're still getting the same result. This seems to only affect some products but not others. I have looked at the products between the ones that this is happening to and others that aren't affected and there doesn't appear to be a difference. Has anyone else has this happen? This is the category that is particularly affected:

I think I found out what my issue was. AllVideos is causing an issue. I removed the sound file from the product page and it is starting to work. I'll post to the JoomlaWorks support forum.
I dont know if the problem is in AllVideos , you have some other broken script. Check your javascript console errors(F12 in chrome,IE or firefox) and other script running after can be broken, because this errors.
