I'm working for an organization which is working like that/
Region A, Region B, Region C buy some items to Technical corporation 1 some other items to Technical corporation 2, some other items to Technical corporation 3. Finally Technical items are bouht to a central place. AT each level the price of the item increases for example 1€ when a region buy at a Technical corp, then the technical corp buy the item at 0,8. So each level can earn money until the final customer.
Of course at each level the number of item is cumulated . If region A order 10 items and region Borders 10 items to TEchnical corporation 1, the technical corporation orders 20 at the central place.
Then the central place ships 20 to the technical place and so on
