Title: Cannot add category in VM

Hi,
I click the + button to add a new category,
the clock turns more than one hour not stop down.
what is the problem ?
I wish someone can help me, please !

it's not my cas,
my joomla is 3.7.5
Virutemart is 3.2.4

it must be similar.. haven't read the whole post but as I understand it it is an ajax/JSON problem on some servers

I think it's a problem of the version of Joomla and VM, the compatibility ?
I used the latest versions.

Can I cancel the old VM version ? I think I will install the VM 3.2.2 will be better.

The change is between vm3.0.18 and vm3.2, so ... it must be something else. It can be then the ajax problem. Check also your java console of your browser. Sometimes 3rd party plugins interfere.

The problem is solved, because my web hoster who supplied a bad Joomla.
after having directly download Joomla.net
it's better.
