As you can see in attached image, a null shipping method is installed (Vina Gecko Sofasy VM Template).
I cannot disable it.
It shows a standard shipping cost fee ( + 2,49 €) available in Shipping selection section in cart page. (Maybe this is standard Self pickup cost).
The same happened in Payment method. A null standard payment method is added. (Maybe cash on delivery cost)
i checked phpmyadmin virtuemart_shippingmethods and virtuemart_paymentmethods and there is no additional shipping or payment methods (only the ones I created).
How can I delete these unecessary selections?
I'm guessing that you used a quickstart Joomla/VM/template package? If you ask the template supplier as it will be something they did.
check directly in the database tables and remove that id row
VM3.2.1 is also only a testers version .. u should be on3.2.4
In the database check for shipping ID and then verify ID exist in both xxxxx_virtuemart_shipmentmethods_en_gb and xxxxx_virtuemart_shipmentmethods_ru_ru tables , if not correct it (most probably you installed a quickstart package)
Yes I installed quickstart.
I somehow manage to solve the problem.
But now after a new installation it happened again.
There is no ID in database. The only ID is from the shipping method I created.

Why? as you have noticed it should be called slow start.. look thru the forum and see how many problems are caused by so called quickstart..
How can the template seller know what you want? Why install out of date versions at the start of your project?
Just install latest Joomla, then latest VM , then the template u bought
A new problem free life will appear over the horizon..
