Dear all,
I have installed joomla 3.6.5 and virtuemart 3.2.0 and when I use VM search in Shop module it does not find content from joomla. Please do you know what is problem?

Afaik this has always been this way. There may be some modules that combines both searches, but I have not looked.

or use the Joomla search and enable the VM Product search plugin
