Hello, I can set a different minimum quantity for each product to be notified with the email alert?
For example, I want to be notified by e-mail when my stock is:
for apples <5kg;
for ages <10kg;
for grapes <1kg
If this is possible, as I can do?
There is a module / plugin that can do what?

Have you set your Low Stock Notification level in each product ?
In the virtuemart config >Shopfront>Action when a Product is Out of Stock
You have to check Send low stock notification
