I am using VM 3.0.18 and Joomla 3.16.
We are using Manufacture functionality of VM but we have customized this as a Artist for our website. In Manufacturer list and Detail page we are getting manufacture and manufacturers in our website URL can we change this with artist by anyway.
Is this possible by using .htaccess or creating hidden menu or changing view names of VM ?

You need to look at the router.php of VM .. they will be added their.. some are translatable by lang constants
Create a language override for COM_VIRTUEMART_SEF_MANUFACTURER and COM_VIRTUEMART_SEF_MANUFACTURERS.
I wrote custom code for this website using manufactureras artists : https://ongallery.com/en/artist/helmut-newton, but this needed router hack(to get full sef for all pages) and i added new VM views.
