A complett fresh and new install of Joomla 3.6.4. Than a fresh a new install of Virtuemart 3.0.18.5
The follow warning show after Virtuemart 3.0.18.5 is finish install

I did repeat the install of Virtuemart, without deinstall and the warning didn't comes up again

Does anyone have some suggestions?

Usually means an incorrectly written XML file, but not show stopper issue as 3.0.18.5 is still being developed (latest iteration is in SVN). And as a dev version Joomla will not find the files on the listed update server.
