1060 Duplicate column name
This means that the tableupdater had not enough time/memory to finish all tasks
Please increase the execution time and/or max memory of your server and execute the task "Install or if necessary update tables" in the tools view (/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=updatesmigration)
Usually you can execute this task as often as you want. Check the output for errors.
If this does not work, open the table per phpmyadmin or similar and delete the doubled column. Be sure to to delete the column without data.
