Joomla 3.6.2
Virtuemart 3.8.18

Hi after update Joomla, 3.6.2 to 3.6.3 I get this messages, the front end don't work anymore.
I have that in my live site and in XAMPP
What can I do?

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare virtuemartBuildRoute() (previously declared in C:\xampp\htdocs\megastore\components\com_tcpdf\router.php:23) in C:\xampp\htdocs\megastore\components\com_virtuemart\router.php on line 332
