My client would like to be able to get reports on their profit margins for each product. I understand that we should use Cost Price field for this and that will not show on the front end. The issue however is that when I enter the Cost Price the Base Price can not be edited and when I change the Final Price and Save it immediately reverts back to the Cost Price or Base Price. This means that I can not enter a value for Final Price which is not being calculated from the Cost Price. The client would like to be able to generate reports showing the profit margin on each product.
We are using virtuemart 3.0.16
