Hi,
i have products with very long description(more than 24.000 characters lenght).
I've tried on my demo server changing product_s_desc and product_desc field type from VARCHAR to MEDIUMTEXT, and it seems to work fine.
Anybody has already done this? Is there any known issue about?

should be fine but be careful on updates .. it may change back and u will loose data
